Schulze LiPoProfiBalancer series LiPoProBal08 and LiPoProBal14

The LiPoProfiBalancer is an additional device which equilibrizes each cell of a connected battery pack to an identical voltage level.
• The balancing works regardless of the specific cell voltage (full-, nominal- or empty-voltage).
• The balancing works regardless of the circumstance that a charger or discharger is connected at the same time.
• Cells are matched at high current; balancing works from the first minute with up to 1 Amp peak charge current.
• The balancer work entirely different from others: A part of the energy in the battery pack is deliberately subjected ('pumped') in those cells with the lowest cell voltage(!). I.e. low waste of energy, therefore low heat generation.
• The integrated measuring system does not only control the balancer, but sends all measured data to the RS232 protocol transfer interface. Ideal for battery selection, backing-up and long-term observation. Ideal to show and verify the quality of old and new packs via the „winsoft“ or „Akkusoft“ (downloadable).
• Configurable safety cut-off system for the charge- resp. discharge-current, displayed via a LED.
• Automatic configuration of the safety cut-off circuit when using the Schulze balancer cables; manual configuration possible by 1 pushbutton and 3 LEDs or via the RS232.
• Current saving sleep mode.
