nextGeneration II
The high-tech multi-function chargers/dischargers with the unbelievable characteristics.
The schulze-chameleons of the next generation!
The symbiosis of innovation, performance, quality,
precision and design.
The reference for battery chargers, dischargers and balancers.
Made in Germany – of course.
• Charges / discharges / maintains Lithium, Nickel and Lead batteries.
• Broad input voltage range 10-25V.
• Dual-language menu: English / German. Default language English.
Second language (German) included in the set.
• More national languages can be downloaded from the Schulze website at no charge.
• Software updates and upgrades will be available on the Schulze website for downloading.
• Large graphic screen with white backlighting and 128 x 64 pixels.
• High-performance charging.
When both charging outputs are internally paralleled then double of the power is available.
• No rising voltage on the charger's input when discharge programs are used.
The batteries are discharged by an electronic load and not - as before - by a re-energy
transfer into the car battery.
• Two internal balancer groups with 7 units build in - to balance up to 14 cells.
• 2 x 7 voltage measurement inputs monitoring individual cells in a battery.
• Wrong polarity protected power input and charging outputs.
• User-defined default settings for fast, simple operation.
Each stored setting can be directed individually two both of the battery outputs.
Interfaces
• mini-USB connector as a standard equipped in all variants of the nextGenerationII series.
Battery types
• Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Lead-Acid, Lead-Gel, Li-FePo4, Li-Ion, Li-Po
Accessory pack "nextConn-Set-II"
• Plug-in circuit board with temperature sensor input, two switched
outputs (for fan and flashing light), mini-USB lead, temperature
sensor, two leads with connectors fitted.
Accessory pack "melody module with SD card holder"
• Charge data are saved to the SD card and can be read and displayed via the
Akkusoft program on the PC.
• It is possible to file own texts and/or melodies via the PC to the SD card
which can be played in the device e.g. for zur Akku-Voll/Leer Meldung abgespielt werden.
• The unit is available in 6 variants.
This new series of battery chargers is based on suggestions from our customers
as well as our own practical experience.
The unusual design fulfils the technical requirements extremely well.
The large 3” graphic screen offers 128 x 64 pixels and white screen
backlighting, and provides good contrast for excellent legibility.
Depending on the menu selected, it is possible to display a simultaneous summary
of up to thirteen parameters, or battery status plus a graphic display of the
charge / discharge voltage.
The unit features nine buttons which make it very simple to select and operate
the exact facilities you wish to use.
An integral balancer is available for Lithium battery packs, fitted with three connectors.
The build-in electronic loads or both voltage converters are cooled by a temperature- and
speed controlled relatively quiet fan.
For maximum power of the next 14-350 two fans are build in.
Since the unit operates at very high efficiency, the fan only cuts in when discharge
load and/or the converter is required to produce very high levels of power.
